Outreach Programs
Calvary's many outreach programs, The Dorothy Jones Food Closet, The Clothes Closet, Operation Warm, Literacy Program and Book Aid, continue to grow at an alarming rate. The needs in our immediate neighborhood for food, clothing, and literacy seem to increase each day. It is both depressing and rewarding to be involved so intensely in efforts to help meet these needs. The stories our clients tell are both true and unbelievable. Can such need really exist in modern America – and at the doorstep of Calvary? The answer is YES! Calvary, under the umbrella of the Help Ministries of Central Louisville, stands ready to do as much as possible, with your help. Together, we can continue to make a real difference.
